Fee Structure for Entire Program Duration

The tuition fee covers access to all courses, labs, and academic resources. Hostel charges are applicable for students residing on campus and vary based on room type.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Hostel rooms are categorized into single, double, triple, and quad occupancy. Single rooms cost 15000 INR/month, while double rooms cost 10000 INR/month.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly advance basis, with different meal plans available for students. The average daily consumption is around 100 INR per day.

Rebate policies are in place for students who take leave or travel during the semester. A full rebate is provided for up to 15 days of absence.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Scholarship programs are available for students from SC/ST/PwD categories with income slabs below 2 lakhs annually. Benefits include full fee waiver or partial concessions based on family income.

EWS category students receive a 50% concession on fees if their annual income is between 2-4 lakhs. MCM (Minority Community) students get a 30% concession with an income below 1 lakh.

Students who score above 90% in qualifying exams are eligible for merit-based scholarships worth up to 50,000 INR per year.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made within the first week of each semester. Late payments incur a fee of 1000 INR per day until cleared.

Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the institute, subject to deductions for hostel charges and examination fees. The refund policy allows up to 30 days for processing after formal application submission.
