Hostel & Mess Charges
Our hostel facilities offer various room types including single, double, triple, and quad occupancy rooms. Each room comes equipped with basic furniture, Wi-Fi connectivity, and 24/7 security services. The mess system operates on a prepaid monthly billing model where students pay in advance for meals.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they are away from campus during specific periods. Additional charges apply for late check-ins or early departures beyond the allowed time frame.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer several financial aid options to eligible students based on income slabs:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver for tuition fees and hostel charges.
- EWS Category: 50% fee concession in tuition and hostel fees.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% fee concession in tuition fees.
Applications for these financial aid options must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The application process is handled through the university portal with specific deadlines for submission.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of 5% per month until full payment is received. Refunds are processed only upon official withdrawal from the university and after settling all dues including hostel and mess charges.
