- Mess Advance: A fixed monthly charge for meals provided by the university’s dining facility.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers several hostel options with varying room types and amenities. Room categories include single occupancy, double occupancy, and triple occupancy rooms equipped with essential furniture, internet connectivity, and security features.
Mess charges are collected monthly and cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The billing system operates on a prepaid model where students pay in advance for meals. Rebate policies apply to students who do not use the mess facility for certain days or during leaves.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available through multiple avenues:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from these categories receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees.
- EWS Category: A 50% waiver on tuition fees with additional financial aid for hostel and mess charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fees along with support for other charges.
Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and documentation. Applications must be submitted annually, and decisions are made after verification of supporting documents.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online via net banking or credit/debit cards. The university also accepts demand drafts or cash payments at designated counters. Payments must be made before the due date specified in each semester’s schedule.
Late fees are charged at 1% per day on outstanding balances, with a maximum cap of Rs. 5000 per semester. Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the university and subject to adherence to official guidelines regarding refund timelines and conditions.
