Mess charges are fixed at INR 10,000 per semester and include three meals daily. Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they do not consume meals regularly or leave campus during certain periods.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various financial aid options for eligible students based on income criteria:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel rent with 50% rebate on mess advance.
- EWS Category: 25% concession in tuition fee, hostel rent, and mess advance.
- MCM Category: 10% reduction in all fees except medical and gymkhana charges.
Eligibility for these concessions is determined through verified income certificates and category proofs submitted during admission or later registration processes.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All payments must be made through online banking, debit/credit cards, or NEFT transfers. The university provides an official portal where students can view due amounts, make payments, and download receipts.
Late fees are applicable beyond the specified deadline of each semester, starting at INR 500 per day with a maximum cap of INR 10,000. Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal or course completion, subject to adherence to refund rules and submission of required documents.
