Fee Components Explanation

Each component of the fee structure is carefully designed to cover essential costs associated with education and campus life:

  • Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, academic resources, and access to university facilities. This includes access to libraries, laboratories, and digital learning platforms.
  • Hostel Rent: Provides accommodation for students living on campus, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for study and personal development.
  • Mess Advance: Covers meal expenses for the semester, with billing processed monthly based on consumption.
  • Student Benevolent Fund: Supports initiatives aimed at helping economically disadvantaged students and organizing cultural and sports events.
  • Medical Fees: Includes access to on-campus medical facilities and health services for students.
  • Gymkhana Fees: Covers the costs associated with sports and fitness activities, promoting a healthy lifestyle among students.
  • Examination Fees: Covers the cost of conducting examinations, including question paper preparation, invigilation, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides accommodation in various types of hostels to suit different preferences and budgets. Rooms are categorized into single, double, and triple occupancy options, each with different rent charges:

  • Single Occupancy Room: INR 20000 per semester
  • Double Occupancy Room: INR 15000 per semester
  • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 10000 per semester

The mess billing system is based on monthly consumption, with a fixed advance payment required at the beginning of each month. Students can opt for different meal plans depending on their dietary requirements.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Aryavart University Sehore offers several financial aid options to support students from economically weaker sections:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are eligible for a 100% fee waiver on tuition and hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession on tuition fees.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): A 25% fee concession is provided to MCM students.

Applications for these concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and family details. The university ensures a fair and transparent process for evaluating applications and disbursing financial assistance.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments are to be made through online modes such as net banking, debit/credit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Students must complete payment within the stipulated deadline to avoid late fees.

Late fees of INR 1000 per day are applicable if payments are not completed on time. Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to university guidelines and are subject to a processing fee of INR 500.

Students who withdraw from the program must submit an application form along with necessary documentation. The refund policy is strictly enforced and refunds are calculated based on the duration of stay and fees paid. In case of withdrawal due to medical reasons, additional documentation may be required for approval.
