Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides well-equipped hostels for students. Room types include single occupancy, double occupancy, and triple occupancy with shared amenities.

• Double Occupancy: INR 65,000 per semester (includes AC, WiFi, laundry, etc.)

Mess Billing System

The mess charges are fixed and include meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Students must pay an advance of INR 25,000 per semester. Monthly billing is done based on actual consumption, with adjustments made at the end of the semester.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Asbm University offers various financial aid options to deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees for eligible candidates with income below INR 2 lakh per annum.
• EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees for families earning between INR 2-5 lakh annually.
• MCM (Meritorious Candidate from Marginalized Community): Full or partial scholarship based on academic merit and financial need.
• Merit-Based Scholarships: Top 10% of students receive full tuition waivers or partial scholarships for subsequent years.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid online via net banking, debit/credit card, or NEFT transfer. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 1000 per day beyond the deadline.

Refund Policy

• Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing with valid reasons within one month of admission.
• Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and hostel/mess fees up to the date of withdrawal.
• No refunds are granted for courses completed beyond the first semester unless due to university policy changes.
