Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides multiple hostel options, including single, double, triple, and quad-sharing rooms. Each room is equipped with basic amenities such as beds, wardrobes, study tables, and internet connectivity.

Mess charges are collected monthly and vary based on the type of meal plan chosen by students. The billing system uses a smart card mechanism for convenience and tracking.

Rebate policies apply for students who miss meals due to valid reasons like illness or travel. Rebates are calculated proportionally based on the number of missed meals.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial assistance programs:

  • SC/ST/PwD category students receive a 100% fee waiver.
  • EWS category students receive a 50% fee concession.
  • MCM (Minority Community Members) students receive a 25% fee concession.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and documentation submitted during admission. Applications must be filed through the official portal with supporting documents.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online via net banking or debit/credit cards. Students are expected to complete payments within the specified deadlines to avoid late fees.

Late fees are calculated at 10% of the total amount per month after the deadline. Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the university and subject to verification of all dues cleared.
