Component-wise Explanation

Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, laboratory access, and academic resources. This fee includes access to the university's digital library, research databases, and multimedia learning tools.

Hostel Rent: Provides accommodation in fully furnished rooms with shared amenities including common areas, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security services.

Mess Advance: Covers meals for the semester. Students receive a monthly advance based on their meal plan and can opt for different plans according to dietary preferences.

Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their academic journey.

Medical Fees: Includes access to on-campus medical facilities, routine check-ups, and emergency care.

Gymkhana Fees: Covers fitness center access, sports equipment usage, and participation in campus activities.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting semester-end exams and grading processes.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers various room types to accommodate different needs:

  • Single Room: ₹150,000 per semester (includes AC, private bathroom)
  • Double Room: ₹120,000 per semester (shared bathroom)
  • Triple Room: ₹100,000 per semester (shared bathroom)

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students can choose from different meal plans including standard, vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and customized options. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals for certain days or months.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides several financial aid options to eligible students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel charges. Eligibility based on caste certificates or disability certificates.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and hostel charges. Income slab up to ₹4,00,000 per annum.
  • MCM (Minority Community): 25% discount on tuition fee and hostel charges. Must provide valid minority community certificate.

Application for financial aid must be submitted online via the university portal. Required documents include income certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, and Aadhaar cards.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments are due by the first week of each semester. Students can make payments through net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1000 per day until cleared.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing one semester. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of the withdrawal request and approval by the administration.
