Detailed Fee Breakdown
Tuition Fee (₹80,000): Covers instruction, laboratory access, library resources, and administrative services for the entire academic year. The fee is paid in two installments per semester.
Hostel Rent (₹20,000): Includes accommodation in air-conditioned rooms with shared bathrooms, 24/7 security, and common facilities like study halls and recreational areas.
Mess Advance (₹15,000): Covers food expenses for the entire semester. The amount is adjusted at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund (₹2,000): A voluntary contribution towards student welfare and extracurricular activities.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The college offers various financial aid options to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible for 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% concession on hostel rent.
- EWS Category: Receives a 50% waiver on tuition fees and a 25% concession on hostel rent.
- MCM (Married Child of Merit): Eligible for 25% waiver on tuition fees and a 10% concession on hostel rent.
Application for financial aid must be submitted through the online portal along with supporting documents. Eligibility is determined based on income slabs, family size, and academic performance.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees are payable via online transfer or demand draft. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with a late fee of ₹500 per day applicable after the due date. The refund policy allows for partial refunds in case of withdrawal, subject to deduction of administrative charges and outstanding dues.
