• Furnished Double Room: Rs. 12000/month for two occupants sharing the same room.
• AC Double Room: Rs. 20000/month for two occupants with air conditioning facilities.

The mess system provides three meals daily at fixed rates. Students can opt for different meal plans based on their preferences and dietary requirements. Monthly mess charges are deducted from the advance paid at the beginning of each semester.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial aid options:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to these categories with valid certificates.
• EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees based on income slabs and documented proof.
• MCM (Minority Community): 25% concession on tuition fees for eligible students from minority communities.

Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process or within one month of joining the university.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online modes via the official payment portal. Late payments incur a fixed penalty charge of Rs. 500 per day until full payment is made.

The refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal from the university or transfer to another institution:

• Withdrawal within First Month: Full refund minus administrative charges of Rs. 1000.
• Withdrawal after First Month but Before Mid-Semester: Refund of 75% of paid fees minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal After Mid-Semester: No refund is allowed beyond the first month of semester commencement.
