Fee Components Explained

• Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, curriculum materials, laboratory access, and administrative support for the entire academic year.
• Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus-hostels with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, security, and 24/7 maintenance services.
• Mess Advance: A fixed monthly advance payment towards food expenses. The actual mess charges are adjusted at the end of each month based on consumption.
• Student Benevolent Fund: Contributes to scholarships, emergency assistance, and welfare programs for financially disadvantaged students.
• Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the campus hospital, including consultations, medicines, and diagnostic tests.
• Gymkhana Fees: Supports recreational activities, sports facilities, and cultural events organized on campus.
• Examination Fees: Covers examination conduct, result processing, and certification costs for each semester.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel accommodations are categorized into different room types with varying amenities:

• Single Occupancy Room: 15,000 INR/month (includes AC, private bathroom, Wi-Fi)
• Double Occupancy Room: 12,000 INR/month (includes AC, shared bathroom, Wi-Fi)
• Triple Occupancy Room: 10,000 INR/month (includes AC, shared bathroom, Wi-Fi)
• Quad Occupancy Room: 8,000 INR/month (includes non-AC, shared bathroom, basic amenities)

Mess charges are calculated based on a fixed monthly rate and adjusted according to actual consumption. Students can opt for meal plans that include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The mess billing system operates monthly with automatic deductions from student accounts.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The institution provides various financial assistance options to deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees. Additional concessions are available for hostel rent and mess charges.
• EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 50% discount on tuition fees. Hostel charges are reduced by 25%.
• MCM (Minority Community): Beneficiaries receive a 30% reduction in tuition and hostel charges.
• Scholarships: Merit-based scholarships ranging from 25,000 to 1,00,000 rupees per semester are awarded based on academic performance. Need-based financial aid is also available through the Student Welfare Committee.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within the specified deadline to avoid late fees:

• Payment Deadlines: Fees are due by the first week of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of 100 rupees per day.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are processed for withdrawals or transfers after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding dues. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of withdrawal.
