Fee Components Explanation
Tuition Fee: This is the primary fee covering academic instruction, access to library resources, and digital learning platforms. It remains constant throughout the program.
Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation is provided on a shared basis with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.
Mess Advance: This covers meals for the entire semester. Students must pay this amount at the beginning of each semester.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee contributes to student welfare initiatives and emergency support services.
Medical Fees: Covers access to on-campus health facilities and basic medical services.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities including sports, cultural events, and student organizations.
Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting semester examinations and grading systems.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The university provides hostel facilities in three categories: AC rooms, Non-AC rooms, and Mixed-Gender rooms. Each room type has different amenities and charges.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available to eligible students based on income criteria and other factors:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 50% concession in tuition fee and hostel charges.
- EWS Category: 25% concession in tuition fee and hostel charges.
- MCM (Most Backward Class): 30% concession in tuition fee and hostel charges.
Students must submit relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates to avail these benefits. The application process is handled through the student portal.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Payment can be made via online banking, debit card, credit card, or demand draft. Late payments attract a penalty fee of ₹1000 per day.
If a student withdraws from the university, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Before 15 days: Full refund minus processing charges.
- Between 15-30 days: 75% refund minus processing charges.
- After 30 days: No refund is applicable.
Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal request and required documentation.
