Fee Structure Overview

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers three types of hostel rooms: single occupancy (₹40,000/year), double occupancy (₹30,000/year), and triple occupancy (₹25,000/year). Each room is equipped with basic amenities including bedding, furniture, and internet connectivity.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students pay an advance amount for meals, which is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption. Rebate policies are applicable for students who do not consume meals regularly or for those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides various financial aid options to ensure access to quality education for deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and full concession on hostel charges.
• EWS Category: Students receive a 25% waiver on tuition fees and partial concession on hostel charges.
• MCM (Married Women): Receives a 10% waiver on tuition fees and full concession on hostel charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid online through the university portal within the specified deadlines. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until the balance is cleared.

The refund policy allows for refunds in case of withdrawal from the program, subject to certain conditions. Students must submit a formal application along with supporting documents at least one month before the scheduled withdrawal date.

Refunds are processed within 60 days of approval, minus applicable deductions such as administrative fees and any outstanding dues.
