The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students pay an advance amount for meals, which is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption. Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The refund policy allows for refunds in case of withdrawal from the program, subject to certain conditions. Students must submit a formal application along with supporting documents at least one month before the scheduled withdrawal date.
