Hostel Rent: Provides accommodation in air-conditioned rooms with shared facilities including study areas, common lounges, and 24/7 security. Rooms are categorized into single, double, and triple occupancy options.

Mess Advance: Ensures students receive meals during their stay on campus. The mess operates daily from breakfast to dinner, with varied menu options catering to different dietary preferences.

Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies by providing loans and grants based on need assessment.

Gymkhana Fees: Funds fitness programs, sports facilities, recreational activities, and student-led events throughout the year.

Hostel & Mess Charges

For mess charges, students pay a fixed advance amount covering meals for the entire semester. Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial assistance schemes are available to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for all components except examination fees.
• EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition and hostel fees.
• MCM (Meritorious Children of Military Personnel): 75% discount on total annual fees.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students are required to complete payment of fees by the due date specified in the academic calendar. Late payments incur a penalty fee of INR 500 per day beyond the deadline.

In case of withdrawal, students must submit a formal application and undergo scrutiny before refunds are processed. Refunds are issued after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
