A late fee of 500 INR per day is applicable for delayed payments beyond the deadline. However, students can request a waiver if the delay is due to genuine reasons like medical emergencies or natural disasters.

Refund Rules

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

  • Withdrawal before 15 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges (1000 INR).
  • Withdrawal between 16-30 days of admission: Refund of 75% after deducting administrative charges.
  • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is granted except in exceptional circumstances approved by the administration.

The refund process takes approximately 30 working days to complete once all necessary documents are submitted and verified.
