Fee Structure Overview

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees and partial concessions on hostel charges.
• EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and full concession on hostel charges.
• MCM (Most Backward Class): 75% waiver on tuition fees and partial concessions on hostel charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments are made through online portals using debit cards, credit cards, or net banking. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to avoid late fees and administrative issues.

Late Fee Calculations

A late fee of 500 INR per day is applicable for delayed payments beyond the deadline. However, students can request a waiver if the delay is due to genuine reasons like medical emergencies or natural disasters.

Refund Rules

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Withdrawal before 15 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges (1000 INR).
• Withdrawal between 16-30 days of admission: Refund of 75% after deducting administrative charges.
• Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is granted except in exceptional circumstances approved by the administration.

The refund process takes approximately 30 working days to complete once all necessary documents are submitted and verified.
