Hostel & Mess Charges
Our hostel facilities are designed to provide a comfortable living environment conducive to academic success. Hostel rooms are categorized into single, double, and triple occupancy options with shared bathrooms and common areas. All hostels have Wi-Fi connectivity, 24-hour security, and maintenance services.
The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with meals available in three shifts—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meal plans are customizable, allowing students to choose dietary preferences such as vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or special diets. Refund policies apply for unused portions of the advance amount.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer financial assistance to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds through various scholarship programs:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to these categories.
- EWS Category: 50% reduction in fees based on income slabs.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% discount on tuition fees.
Applications for fee concessions are submitted through the online portal with supporting documents. Approval is subject to verification by the university’s financial aid committee.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within the stipulated deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties. Students can make payments via net banking, debit/credit cards, or demand drafts issued in favor of the university. A late fee of ₹1000 per day is applicable beyond the due date.
In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the university’s refund policy, which specifies deductions for administrative charges and hostel stay.
