Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, access to academic resources, and administrative services. The fee is fixed for the entire duration of the program.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in single or double occupancy rooms with basic amenities like beds, study tables, wardrobes, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Mess Advance: An advance payment towards monthly meal expenses. The actual mess bill is settled at the end of each month based on consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A voluntary fund used for supporting students facing financial difficulties or emergencies.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services, including consultations with medical officers and access to first aid kits.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities, sports events, and student welfare programs.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Students can choose between single or double occupancy rooms in the campus hostel. Room types include:

  • Single Occupancy: ₹2500/month
  • Double Occupancy: ₹1500/month

The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle, where students prepay for meals. Rebates are available for students who attend fewer than 15 days in a month.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is provided to eligible students based on income slabs:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel rent
  • EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fee and hostel rent
  • MCM (Most Backward Class): 25% concession in tuition fee and hostel rent

Applications for these concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid by the specified deadlines. Late fees are calculated at 2% per month beyond the due date. Refunds are processed within 15 working days upon withdrawal from the institution, subject to deductions for administrative charges and unpaid dues.
