• Student Benevolent Fund: Supports student welfare activities and emergency assistance.
• Medical Fees: Ensures access to campus medical facilities and health checkups.
• Gymkhana Fees: Funds recreational activities, sports events, and cultural programs.
• Examination Fees: Covers exam conduct, evaluation, and result declaration expenses.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel accommodation includes single or double occupancy rooms with basic furniture, internet connectivity, and 24/7 security. The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, offering vegetarian meals at reasonable prices. Rebate policies are available for students who do not use the mess facility, subject to approval.

Financial Aid Options

Fee waivers and concessions are provided under specific conditions:

• SC/ST/PwD: 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent for eligible students.
• EWS: 50% waiver on tuition fee and full waiver on hostel rent.
• MCM: 75% waiver on tuition fee and partial waiver on hostel rent.

Application forms for financial aid are available online through the college portal, with submission deadlines in early July each year. The selection process considers income certificates, family size, and academic performance.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment procedures involve online transactions via net banking or debit/credit cards. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day. Refund policies are applied only upon withdrawal from the program, with deductions for incurred charges and hostel fees.
