Tuition Fee: This covers instruction, access to libraries, and laboratory facilities. It is fixed annually and includes administrative overheads.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation is provided in separate hostels for boys and girls. Room types vary from single occupancy to shared quarters with attached bathrooms.

Mess Advance: A monthly advance is collected for meals, which are served three times a day. The mess billing system is transparent and based on consumption records.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged.

Medical Fees: Includes basic healthcare services, including consultations with doctors and access to medical supplies.

Gymkhana Fees: Covers gym access, sports equipment, and participation in extracurricular activities.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Students can choose from different room categories based on their preferences and budget. The hostel charges are inclusive of utilities such as electricity, water, and internet connectivity.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis with detailed records maintained for each student. Meals are served according to a pre-determined schedule, ensuring hygiene and nutritional standards.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial aid options are available for eligible students:

  • SC/ST/PwD: 100% concession on tuition fees and hostel charges.
  • EWS: 50% discount on all fees except examination fees.
  • MCM: 25% reduction in hostel rent and mess advance.

Applications for these benefits must be submitted with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, or disability certificates. The selection process is conducted by the financial aid committee based on verified data.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments must be made through online modes including NEFT, RTGS, or UPI. Late payments attract a nominal penalty fee of INR 50 per day after the due date.

If a student withdraws from the program before completing one semester, a refund of 70% of the total fees is processed. Refunds are subject to deductions for administrative charges and outstanding dues.
