Detailed Fee Components
Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction and educational resources for each semester.
Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges for students residing on campus, including utilities and maintenance.
Mess Advance: Prepaid charges for meals during the academic year.
Student Benevolent Fund: A small contribution towards student welfare and emergency support services.
Medical Fees: Covers medical consultations and health-related services provided by the campus hospital.
Gymkhana Fees: Funds allocated for sports activities, gymnasium access, and recreational facilities.
Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting examinations and grading.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel offers multiple room types:
- Single Occupancy Room (S.O.) - Rs. 15,000/month
- Double Occupancy Room (D.O.) - Rs. 12,000/month
- Triple Occupancy Room (T.O.) - Rs. 10,000/month
The mess operates on a monthly billing system with options for different meal plans:
- Standard Plan: Rs. 5,000/month
- Premium Plan: Rs. 7,000/month
- VIP Plan: Rs. 10,000/month
Rebate policies are available for students with excellent academic performance, allowing reductions of up to 20% in monthly charges.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Scholarship eligibility criteria include:
- SC/ST/PwD: 100% fee waiver
- EWS: 50% fee concession
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee concession
All applications must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates. The selection committee reviews these applications annually.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Payment deadlines are set for the first week of each semester to ensure timely processing.
Late fees are calculated at 5% per month on outstanding balances beyond the deadline. Refunds are processed within 30 working days upon withdrawal from the program, subject to compliance with institutional regulations and financial obligations.
