Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, lab access, and curriculum materials for each semester.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-hosted dormitories with shared facilities.

Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly mess charges covering meals and refreshments during the academic year.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small fee contributing to student welfare initiatives and emergency support.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facilities provide comfortable living environments with modern amenities. Room types include single, double, and triple occupancy options with air-conditioning and internet connectivity.

Mess charges are fixed monthly and include three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). The billing system operates on a prepaid basis where students must deposit an advance amount for the entire month.

Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of hostel stay during certain periods. Students can also receive partial refunds if they leave early or transfer to another institution.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Various financial aid options are available based on income slabs:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees with partial concession in hostel charges and mess advance.
  • EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee, 25% in hostel charges, and full concession in mess advance.
  • MCM (Migrant Community Member): 25% reduction in all fees except tuition which is waived entirely.

Applications for fee waivers must be submitted online through the university portal along with supporting documents such as income certificate, caste certificate, and identity proof.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid by specified deadlines to avoid late fees. Late payment incurs a penalty of Rs. 500 per day beyond the deadline.

Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the university and follow strict guidelines:

  • Full refund is granted if withdrawal occurs within the first month of admission.
  • Partial refund (70%) is given for withdrawals between the first and third months.
  • No refund is provided after the third month unless there are exceptional circumstances approved by the administration.
