  • Double Occupancy: ₹8,000 per semester (shared amenities)

The mess operates on a prepaid system where students pay an advance for meals. The menu includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian options with balanced nutrition. Meal charges are adjusted quarterly based on inflation.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Government Polytechnic Shaktifarm offers several financial aid options to support deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees for eligible candidates. Additional concessions available for hostel and mess charges.
  • EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fees. Eligible for partial waivers on other charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fees. Additional support for hostel and mess charges.

Applications for fee concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process. The decision is made by the Financial Aid Committee based on income proof and category verification.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Payments can be made online through NEFT/RTGS or offline via demand draft. Late payments attract a penalty fee of ₹1,000 per month.

In case of withdrawal from the program, students are entitled to a refund of tuition fees after deducting administrative charges. The refund process is completed within 30 days of submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation.
