Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Government Polytechnic Shaktifarm offers several financial aid options to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees for eligible candidates. Additional concessions available for hostel and mess charges.
- EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fees. Eligible for partial waivers on other charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Payments can be made online through NEFT/RTGS or offline via demand draft. Late payments attract a penalty fee of ₹1,000 per month.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students are entitled to a refund of tuition fees after deducting administrative charges. The refund process is completed within 30 days of submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation.
