Fee Structure Details
The tuition fee of ₹1,00,000 per semester covers instruction, access to academic resources, and administrative services. Hostel rent includes accommodation in air-conditioned rooms with shared bathrooms, common areas, and 24/7 security.
Mess advance is a fixed amount paid upfront for meal expenses, which are deducted from the total bill at the end of each month. The student benevolent fund supports students facing financial difficulties through emergency grants and scholarships.
Medical fees cover basic healthcare services including consultations, vaccinations, and minor treatments. Gymkhana fees contribute to maintaining recreational facilities such as gyms, sports courts, and cultural centers.
Hostel & Mess Charges
Hostel rooms are available in single, double, triple, and quad occupancy options. Single occupancy rooms are priced at ₹45,000 per semester, while shared rooms cost less depending on the number of occupants. All rooms come with basic furniture and Wi-Fi connectivity.
The mess billing system operates monthly, where students pay a fixed advance amount that is adjusted against actual consumption. Rebate policies apply for students who leave campus during certain periods or have special dietary requirements.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available through various schemes including merit-based scholarships, need-based grants, and category-specific concessions. Eligibility criteria vary based on income slabs, family background, and academic performance.
SC/ST/PwD students receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and full exemption from hostel rent. EWS students qualify for a 25% reduction in fees, while MCM (Most Backward Class) beneficiaries are eligible for additional support based on specific guidelines.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, and late fees are applicable beyond specified dates. The refund policy allows students to withdraw from the program within 15 days of enrollment with full refunds minus administrative charges.
Additional Information
The university also offers payment plans for students who cannot afford the full amount upfront. These plans allow installment payments over a period of six months, subject to approval by the finance department. Students are encouraged to apply early and provide all required documentation for processing their requests.
