Hostel & Mess Charges
Our hostel facilities are designed to provide a comfortable living environment for students. Room types vary in size and amenities:
- Single Occupancy Room: ₹15,000 per month with individual study desks and Wi-Fi access.
- Double Occupancy Room: ₹12,000 per month shared with one roommate, including common kitchen facilities.
- Triple Occupancy Room: ₹10,000 per month shared among three students, featuring communal spaces and shared bathrooms.
The mess billing system is transparent and convenient. Monthly charges are deducted from student accounts based on actual consumption. Rebate policies are available for students with exceptional academic performance or those facing financial difficulties.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We recognize the financial constraints faced by many students and offer various forms of assistance:
- Merit-Based Scholarships: Awarded to top-performing students based on academic excellence and leadership qualities.
- Need-Based Aid: Available for economically disadvantaged families with income below specified thresholds.
- Category-Specific Concessions: Reduced fees for SC/ST/PwD and EWS categories as per government guidelines.
Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and family composition. Applications must be submitted through the official portal with supporting documents such as income certificates and Aadhaar cards.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees can be paid online using net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. The payment deadline is typically the first week of each semester to allow for timely processing.
Late fees are applicable if payments are made after the deadline. The late fee calculation follows a progressive scale based on the number of days delayed.
In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:
- Full refund if withdrawn within 15 days of admission.
- 75% refund if withdrawn between 16-30 days of admission.
- No refund beyond 30 days of admission.
