Fee Component Details

Tuition Fee is the primary component covering instruction, lab access, and administrative services. It is paid annually and covers core academic activities including lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and assessments.

Hostel Rent provides accommodation for students staying on campus. The hostel rooms are equipped with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity. Students can choose between single, double, or triple occupancy rooms depending on availability and preference.

Mess Advance is a one-time payment required at the beginning of each academic year to cover mess expenses for the entire duration. The mess provides three meals per day with varied menu options catering to different dietary preferences including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Student Benevolent Fund supports students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds by providing financial assistance in case of emergencies or special needs. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged to foster a supportive community environment.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Single occupancy rooms are priced at 25,000 INR per semester, offering privacy and personal space for individual study and relaxation. Double occupancy rooms cost 18,000 INR per semester, while triple occupancy rooms are priced at 12,000 INR per semester.

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

• SC/ST/PwD Students: 100% fee waiver is provided based on valid certificates issued by competent authorities.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Refunds are typically credited back to the student's bank account within 30 working days of approval. The institute reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases where outstanding dues or fees remain unpaid by the student.
