- Deluxe Hostel Rooms: Private or semi-private rooms with additional comforts like air conditioning, attached bathrooms, and study desks.
The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle. Students pay an advance amount for meals, which is deducted from their account based on actual consumption. Rebates are available for students staying during vacation periods or those participating in special programs.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer several financial assistance schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and 50% on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and full hostel charges.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit): Full waiver on tuition fee for top rank holders in qualifying exams.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
- Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid within 7 days of issuing the invoice. Late payments incur a penalty of 1% per month.
- Payment Methods: Online banking, NEFT/RTGS, credit/debit cards, and demand drafts are accepted.
- Refund Rules: Refunds are processed only after verifying the withdrawal request. No refund is issued for partial attendance or early departure without formal notice.
- Withdrawal Process: Students must submit a written application to the Dean of Academics along with supporting documents for refund processing.
