Component-wise Explanation
Tuition Fee: Covers academic instruction, laboratory access, and administrative costs. It is fixed per semester and includes course materials.
Hostel Rent: Charged monthly for accommodation in campus hostels. Room types include single, double, and triple occupancy with varying amenities.
Mess Advance: A one-time advance payment for food services throughout the semester. Monthly bills are adjusted based on consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: Contributes to student welfare programs, scholarships, and emergency aid.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the campus medical center.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports fitness facilities and sports activities on campus.
Examination Fees: Covers examination conduct, evaluation, and result processing.
Hostel & Mess Charges
Our campus offers multiple hostel options:
- Single Occupancy Room: ₹5000/month
- Double Occupancy Room: ₹4000/month
- Triple Occupancy Room: ₹3000/month
The mess charges are fixed at ₹3000/month and include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rebates are available for students who opt out of hostel accommodation.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer financial assistance to deserving students through various schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver on tuition fee and 50% reduction on hostel rent.
- EWS Category: 25% discount on all fees.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): 20% concession on tuition fee.
Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates. The selection process is based on merit and need.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid by the specified deadlines each semester:
- Payment Deadlines: First week of July for the academic year.
- Late Fee: ₹500 per day after deadline.
Refunds are processed according to university guidelines. Withdrawal requests must be submitted before the start of the semester, and refunds will be calculated after deducting applicable fees and penalties.
