Fee Components Explained

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds may apply for fee waivers or concessions based on income slabs:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver of tuition fees
- EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fees
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% discount on tuition fees
Applications for financial aid must be submitted with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and proof of residence.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees are to be paid in full at the beginning of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1,000 per day until cleared. Students must ensure timely payment to avoid academic penalties or suspension.
If a student withdraws from the university, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal before 30 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal between 30-60 days: 50% refund
- Withdrawal after 60 days: No refund
The university reserves the right to modify fees or policies as necessary for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
