Detailed Fee Breakdown

Tuition Fee: This fee covers instruction, laboratory access, and academic resources. It is fixed for the entire duration of the program and includes access to online learning platforms and digital libraries.

Hostel Rent: Hostels are available in different categories including single occupancy, double occupancy, triple occupancy, and quad occupancy rooms. The rent varies based on room type and amenities provided.

Mess Advance: Students must pay an advance for mess charges at the beginning of each semester. This covers meals for the entire semester and is adjusted at the end of the term based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual fee contributes to the welfare of students, covering emergency assistance, scholarships, and extracurricular activities.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services provided by the institute's health center, including consultations, medicines, and minor treatments.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports facilities and extracurricular activities such as yoga, swimming, and fitness training programs.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The institute provides financial assistance to deserving students through various schemes:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees and hostel rent for eligible students.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel rent.
  • MCM (Minority Community): 30% concession on tuition fees and partial waiver on hostel rent.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT, RTGS, or cash at designated counters. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹1000 per day beyond the due date.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing one semester. Refunds are processed within 30 days after verification of documents and settlement of dues.

Students are advised to maintain regular communication with the finance department regarding payment deadlines and updates on their financial status.
