Tuition Fee: This fee covers instruction, laboratory access, and academic resources. It is fixed for the entire duration of the program and includes access to online learning platforms and digital libraries.

Hostel Rent: Hostels are available in different categories including single occupancy, double occupancy, triple occupancy, and quad occupancy rooms. The rent varies based on room type and amenities provided.

Mess Advance: Students must pay an advance for mess charges at the beginning of each semester. This covers meals for the entire semester and is adjusted at the end of the term based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual fee contributes to the welfare of students, covering emergency assistance, scholarships, and extracurricular activities.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services provided by the institute's health center, including consultations, medicines, and minor treatments.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports facilities and extracurricular activities such as yoga, swimming, and fitness training programs.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting internal and external examinations, including evaluation, result processing, and certification.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The institute offers modern hostels equipped with essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot water supply, and 24-hour security. Room types include:

• Single Occupancy: ₹60,000 per semester
• Double Occupancy: ₹50,000 per semester
• Triple Occupancy: ₹40,000 per semester
• Quad Occupancy: ₹30,000 per semester

The mess billing system is transparent and includes:

• Meal Plan: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included in the monthly advance.
• Rebate Policy: Students can apply for rebates under certain circumstances like illness or leave.
• Billing Cycle: Monthly billing is done at the end of each month based on consumption.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The institute provides financial assistance to deserving students through various schemes:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees and hostel rent for eligible students.
• EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel rent.
• MCM (Minority Community): 30% concession on tuition fees and partial waiver on hostel rent.

The eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and category certificates. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT, RTGS, or cash at designated counters. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹1000 per day beyond the due date.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing one semester. Refunds are processed within 30 days after verification of documents and settlement of dues.

Students are advised to maintain regular communication with the finance department regarding payment deadlines and updates on their financial status.
