Institute-Wide Scholarships
1. MCM Scholarship
The MCM (Mukhyamantri Chhatra Mitra) Scholarship is a government initiative aimed at providing financial assistance to meritorious students from economically weaker sections. At KPNCT, eligible students can apply for this scholarship to offset tuition and living expenses.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh
- Income below ₹2 lakhs per annum
- Minimum 70% in Class 12th or equivalent examination
- No other scholarship should have been availed
Application Process:
- Students must submit an application form along with supporting documents
- The college reviews applications and forwards them to the state government for approval
- Approved students receive the scholarship amount directly into their bank accounts
2. KPNCT Merit Scholarship
This internal scholarship is awarded annually based on academic performance and extracurricular achievements. Students who rank in the top 5% of their class are eligible for this award.
Benefits:
- ₹10,000 per semester

Eligibility:
- Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program
- Minimum CGPA of 8.5
- No pending dues or disciplinary actions
3. KPNCT Need-Based Scholarship
This scholarship supports students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds, covering up to 100% of tuition fees and providing a monthly stipend of ₹2,000.
Eligibility:
- Family income below ₹1.5 lakhs per annum
- No siblings studying in higher education institutions
- Proof of financial hardship

4. Dr. Rajesh Kumar Memorial Scholarship
Named after a distinguished alumnus, this scholarship supports students pursuing research in computer science and artificial intelligence. The award amount is ₹50,000 per year for three years.
5. Priya Sharma Foundation Scholarship
This foundation funds scholarships for female students in biotechnology and environmental engineering. Recipients receive ₹40,000 annually for four years.
6. Anil Mehta Excellence Award
Awarded to students excelling in materials science and mechanical engineering, this scholarship provides ₹35,000 per year for two years.
7. Sunita Patel Environmental Leadership Grant
This grant supports students working on environmental sustainability projects. The award includes a stipend of ₹25,000 and access to specialized research equipment.
8. Deepak Gupta Innovation Fellowship
For students demonstrating exceptional creativity in telecommunications and signal processing, this fellowship offers ₹30,000 annually for three years.

11. DST-INSPIRE Scholarship
Provided by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), this scholarship supports students pursuing research in science and technology. The award covers full tuition fees and a monthly stipend of ₹15,000.
12. IIT Alumni Foundation Fellowship
This fellowship offers financial support to students planning to pursue higher studies at IITs or other premier institutions. The award includes ₹50,000 per year for four years.
13. TATA Trusts Education Grant
Awarded to students from low-income families, this grant supports full tuition and living expenses for two years. It is available through the TATA Trusts portal and requires a detailed application process.
14. Microsoft Research Fellowship
This fellowship supports students interested in AI and machine learning research. The award includes ₹70,000 per year for three years, plus access to Microsoft’s research labs and mentorship programs.
15. Google India Scholarships
