Hostel & Mess Charges
Hostel accommodation is provided within the campus premises with modern amenities and 24/7 security. Hostel rent is fixed for four years and includes utilities like electricity, water, internet, and maintenance services. Students can choose from different room types including single, double, and triple occupancy options.
Mess charges are prepaid monthly and vary based on meal preferences and dietary requirements. Students can opt for different mess packages depending on their needs, ensuring flexibility in meal choices. The mess billing system is managed through an online portal where students can view bills, make payments, and receive notifications about upcoming charges.
Rebate policies apply to students who complete full-time academic sessions without any disciplinary actions. Students who maintain good attendance and academic performance may be eligible for partial or full rebates on hostel and mess charges.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships are available for SC/ST/PwD students, EWS candidates, and those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Eligibility criteria include income slabs, family size, and academic performance.
For SC/ST/PwD students, a 100% fee waiver is provided upon verification of caste certificates or disability certificates. EWS candidates receive a 50% concession on tuition fees, subject to income eligibility criteria and family size.
Additional scholarships are offered based on merit scores in qualifying examinations and academic achievements during the program. Applications must be submitted through the university portal with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and academic transcripts.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment procedures require timely submission of fees to avoid late charges or registration issues. Students can make payments online via debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or UPI platforms supported by the university portal.
Late payment penalties are applicable if fees are not paid within the specified deadline. Interest rates and fine calculations are clearly communicated during orientation sessions. Refund policies are strictly followed in cases of withdrawal or transfer, ensuring transparency and fairness.
The official refund rules include deductions for administrative costs, hostel rent adjustments, and any outstanding dues. Students must submit formal requests through designated channels along with necessary documentation to initiate the refund process.
