- Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus-hostels along with basic amenities such as electricity, water supply, and internet connectivity.

- Medical Fees: Covers medical consultations, basic treatments, and emergency healthcare services available on campus.
- Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities including sports, cultural events, and recreational facilities for students.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel facilities at Lakshmi Narain College of Technology and Science are designed to provide a comfortable living environment for students. There are several room types available:
- Single Occupancy Rooms: Ideal for students who prefer privacy and personal space.
- Double Occupancy Rooms: Shared rooms with two students, offering a balanced cost and comfort ratio.
- Triple Occupancy Rooms: Suitable for students looking to save on costs while sharing common spaces.
The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, where students pay an advance amount based on their meal preferences. The bill includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner options with varying levels of nutritional value and taste profiles. Rebate policies are applicable in cases of leave or absence from campus for up to two weeks per semester.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We understand that financial constraints may prevent some students from accessing quality education. Therefore, we offer various fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships based on academic performance, economic background, and other relevant criteria:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees along with additional support in the form of stipend grants.
- EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession on tuition fees and may apply for additional financial assistance based on income slabs.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): Students from this category are eligible for full fee waiver along with special mentoring support throughout their academic journey.
The application process involves submitting relevant documents such as caste certificates, income proof, and migration certificates. The review committee evaluates each case based on established guidelines and approves the benefits accordingly.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments for tuition fees and other charges must be made through online banking or NEFT transfer to the designated account. Students are required to complete payment within the specified deadline to avoid late fees.
Late fees are calculated at 1% per month on unpaid balances after the due date. Refund policies apply in cases of withdrawal from the program, with deductions made for administrative charges and any incurred expenses.
