Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel accommodation offers two types of rooms: single occupancy and double occupancy. Each room is equipped with essential furniture, including beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity.
The mess operates on a monthly billing system where students pay in advance for meals. Meals are served in three shifts: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Special dietary arrangements are available upon request.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds during holidays or if they are absent due to valid reasons such as illness or travel.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The institute provides various financial aid options for deserving students based on income criteria and other factors:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% discount on hostel rent.
- EWS Category: Students receive a 75% waiver on tuition fees and a 25% discount on hostel rent.
- MCM (Married Candidate Merit): Eligible students receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and a 10% discount on hostel rent.
Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates. The process is reviewed by the financial aid committee annually.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are due before the start of each semester. Students can make payments online through the institute portal or via bank transfer. Late fees are applicable for delayed submissions beyond the deadline.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students must follow specific refund procedures outlined in the academic calendar. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of required documents and approval by the administration.
