Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, administrative support, and access to academic resources including libraries, databases, and digital learning platforms.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus hostels with shared amenities like laundry facilities, common rooms, and 24/7 security.

Mess Advance: Provides a monthly advance towards meal expenses, which are settled at the end of each month based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal contribution to support students facing financial hardships or emergencies.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services available within the campus health center, including consultations and emergency care.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports activities and fitness programs offered by the university's gymkhana committee.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting examinations, including proctoring, grading, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers various types of hostels to accommodate students, including single, double, triple, and quad occupancy rooms. Each room is equipped with basic furniture, internet connectivity, and air conditioning.

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, where students receive a prepaid meal card upon registration. Meals are served at fixed times, and the menu varies weekly to ensure nutritional balance.

Rebate policies allow students who do not reside in hostels during certain periods to receive partial refunds. Additionally, students with exceptional academic performance may qualify for rent discounts or scholarships.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial aid options based on income criteria and merit. Eligible students can apply for fee waivers under the following categories:

• SC/ST/PwD: 100% waiver for tuition fees with additional support for hostel and mess charges.
• EWS: 50% waiver for tuition fees, with partial coverage for other components.
• MCM: 25% waiver for tuition fees, applicable to economically disadvantaged families.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments are processed online via the university's payment gateway or through NEFT/RTGS transfers. Students must complete payment within the specified deadlines to avoid late fees.

Late fees are charged at 5% per month on outstanding balances. Refunds are granted upon withdrawal from the university, subject to compliance with refund rules and conditions. Students must submit a formal application and provide necessary documentation for processing refunds.
