Hostel & Mess Charges

  • Standard Rooms (Double Occupancy): ₹25000 per semester
  • Deluxe Rooms (Single Occupancy): ₹35000 per semester
  • AC Hostels: ₹40000 per semester

The mess billing system includes a monthly advance payment, with meals provided on a daily basis. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals on certain days, and additional charges apply for special dietary requirements such as vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or Jain options.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments must be made via net banking, debit/credit cards, or demand drafts issued in favor of the university. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1000 per month, and failure to pay within six months results in cancellation of admission.

The refund policy allows students to claim refunds for canceled admissions or withdrawn courses, subject to deductions for processing fees and administrative charges. Refunds are processed within 45 days of submission of valid documents and approval from the finance department.
