Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support student welfare programs, including medical assistance, scholarships, and emergency funds.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid online through the university portal or via NEFT/RTGS. Late payments attract a penalty of 10% per month on outstanding amounts.
In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the official refund rules:
- Withdrawal before 30 days: Full refund minus processing charges
- Withdrawal between 30-60 days: 75% refund
- Withdrawal after 60 days: 50% refund
Refunds are credited to the student's bank account within 15 working days of submission of withdrawal forms.
