The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, with charges varying between INR 5,000 and INR 7,000 per month. Rebate policies are available for students from economically weaker sections, and additional discounts may be offered during specific months.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Students belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories are eligible for partial or full fee waivers based on their income slabs. EWS students can apply for concessional fees, while MCM (Minority Community Member) students receive special consideration.

The application process requires submission of relevant documents including caste certificates, income proofs, and bank statements. The university reviews applications annually and disburses benefits accordingly.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made within the specified deadlines to avoid late fees. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 1,000 per day until full payment is received.

In case of withdrawal from the program, students are entitled to a refund after deducting administrative charges and hostel fees. The refund process takes approximately 30 days to complete.
