The university offers three types of rooms: Single Occupancy (₹12,000/month), Double Occupancy (₹8,000/month), and Triple Occupancy (₹6,000/month). Each room comes with essential furniture and internet connectivity.
The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, where students pay a fixed advance amount for meals. At the end of the month, the actual consumption is calculated, and any excess or deficit is adjusted accordingly. Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of mess services or reside off-campus during specific periods.

The application process involves submitting a completed form along with supporting documents such as income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and disability certificate (for PwD students). The university reviews applications annually and grants assistance based on verified information.
Payments must be made before the start of each semester through net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until cleared.
