Matrix Skilltech University Geyzing offers a comprehensive range of scholarships to support students financially and academically. These include institute-wide awards, donor-funded programs, government initiatives, and corporate partnerships.
Institute-Wide Scholarships
The university provides several merit-based scholarships for outstanding students:
- MCM Scholarship: Awarded to top performers in Class 12th with a minimum score of 90% or equivalent. Recipients receive full tuition fee waiver and additional monthly stipend of INR 5,000.
- Excellence in Engineering Scholarship: For students excelling in engineering entrance exams like JEE Advanced or NEET UG. Covers 80% of total fees with a monthly allowance of INR 3,000.
- Merit Plus Scholarship: Given to students scoring above 95% in Class 12th and showing exceptional performance in extracurricular activities. Offers full tuition fee waiver along with additional financial support for research projects.
Donor & Alumni Scholarships
The university has established several donor-funded scholarships that cater to specific needs:
- Rajesh & Priya Patel Scholarship: For students pursuing engineering in sustainable technologies. Covers full tuition fee and provides a monthly allowance of INR 4,000 for three years.
- Vijay & Meera Gupta Memorial Fund: Supports female students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Provides full fee waiver and a one-time grant of INR 1 lakh.
- Anil & Kavita Sharma Foundation: For students interested in robotics and automation. Offers partial funding for research projects and access to advanced laboratory equipment.
- Dr. Sunita Patel Excellence Fund: Awards students demonstrating excellence in biotechnology and bioinformatics. Covers tuition fees, accommodation, and a monthly stipend of INR 6,000.

- PM Scholarship (Pradhan Mantri Scholarship): Government initiative offering financial assistance to students from SC/ST/OBC categories. Covers full tuition fee with a monthly stipend of INR 2,000.
- ICICI Bank Merit Scholarship: For students scoring above 90% in Class 12th. Provides a one-time grant of INR 50,000 for academic expenses.
- Tata Trusts Educational Support: Supports students from low-income families with full tuition fee coverage and monthly allowance of INR 3,000.
- Infosys Foundation Scholarship: For students excelling in engineering and computer science. Offers a stipend of INR 2,000 per month for two years plus tuition fee waiver.
- Microsoft India Education Scholarship: For students pursuing computer science degrees with a focus on innovation and entrepreneurship. Provides full tuition fee coverage and access to Microsoft resources.
Application Process
Applications for scholarships are submitted online through the university portal. Students must upload academic transcripts, identity documents, income certificates, and recommendation letters. The selection committee evaluates applications based on academic performance, financial need, and extracurricular involvement. Notifications regarding award recipients are sent via email within one month of application submission.
