Mess charges are calculated based on the number of meals consumed daily. Monthly bills are generated after deducting the prepaid advance amount. Students can opt for different meal plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and hybrid options.
Rebate policies apply to students with special circumstances such as academic leave, medical emergencies, or family obligations. Rebates range from 10% to 50% depending on the reason and duration of absence.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Several financial assistance schemes are available for deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive 100% fee waiver based on caste certificate or disability certificate issued by competent authority.
- EWS Category: Students with annual family income below INR 8 lakh are entitled to 50% fee concession upon submission of valid documents.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Military Personnel): Children of military personnel receive 50% fee reduction for both tuition and hostel charges.
Additionally, merit-based scholarships are awarded to top performers in JEE Advanced or JEE Main with scores above 90th percentile. These scholarships cover full tuition fees and provide monthly stipends ranging from INR 2000 to INR 5000 for the duration of the program.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within the specified deadline mentioned in the university calendar. Late payments attract a penalty of 1% per month on outstanding balances. Students who wish to withdraw from the institution must submit an application form and follow the prescribed refund procedure.
Refunds are processed after verifying eligibility criteria including academic performance, attendance records, and compliance with university rules. The refund amount is credited back to the original payment mode within 60 working days of submission.
