Fee Components Explanation

Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, academic resources, and access to laboratories and digital tools. This fee is subject to annual adjustments based on inflation and infrastructure enhancements.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in single, double, or triple occupancy rooms with shared facilities such as bathrooms and common areas. Additional charges may apply for premium room types.

Mess Advance: A fixed monthly amount collected at the beginning of each semester to cover food expenses. Adjustments are made based on actual consumption during the month.

Student Benevolent Fund: Contributes to student welfare programs, emergency assistance, and scholarships for underprivileged students.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services, health check-ups, and emergency healthcare within the campus.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports activities, fitness facilities, and recreational events organized by student clubs and societies.

Examination Fees: Includes costs associated with conducting exams, evaluating answers, and maintaining academic records.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess billing operates on a monthly basis, with each student receiving a detailed statement outlining their consumption and dues. Rebate policies are applied in cases of partial attendance or special circumstances.

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

Students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds may apply for fee waivers based on income slabs and documentation requirements. Eligible categories include SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM (Minority Communities).

The scholarship process involves submission of financial documents and verification by the academic board. Benefits range from partial to full waiver depending on eligibility criteria and merit.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within specified deadlines to avoid late penalties. Students can make payments through online portals, bank transfers, or at designated counters on campus.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies are strictly adhered to based on the date of withdrawal and applicable charges. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after formal submission of documents.
