Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus hostels with basic amenities such as bed, table, chair, and internet connectivity. The rent varies by room type (single, double, triple sharing).
Mess Advance: A prepayment for food services during the semester, which is adjusted at the end of the term based on actual consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships through emergency assistance and scholarship funds.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the university hospital and access to medical consultations.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial aid is available to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for tuition and hostel charges
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition and hostel fees
- MCM (Migrant Community Member): 30% concession on tuition and hostel fees
Eligibility is determined based on income slabs provided by the government. Applications must be submitted with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and family details.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are to be made online via net banking or debit/credit cards. The deadline for fee payment is the first week of each semester.
Late fees are charged at 1% per month on outstanding amounts beyond the due date.
In case of withdrawal, the refund policy is as follows:
- Withdrawal before 30 days: Full refund minus processing charges
- Withdrawal between 30-60 days: 50% refund
- Withdrawal after 60 days: No refund
