Fee Component Details
Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, access to academic resources, and administrative costs. This fee remains consistent across all semesters.
Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-managed hostels with basic amenities such as beds, wardrobes, desks, and common areas.
Mess Advance: Paid upfront to cover meal expenses for the semester. Refundable based on usage and hostel policies.
Student Benevolent Fund: A small contribution used for student welfare activities, emergency support, and community development initiatives.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the university hospital and access to medical consultations.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports and recreational activities within the campus, including gym facilities, athletic programs, and cultural events.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess billing is done monthly based on actual consumption. Students can opt for different meal plans such as vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or hybrid options. A rebate policy is available for students who do not consume meals in the mess.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides several fee concessions and scholarships based on merit and need:
- Merit-Based Scholarships: For top-performing students (top 5% of each batch) offering up to 100% tuition fee waiver.
- Income-Based Concessions: Available for SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM categories with partial or full fee exemptions.
- Special Recognition Awards: Given to students excelling in research, innovation, and extracurricular activities.
Eligibility criteria include academic performance, family income (for financial aid), and category-specific documentation. Applications must be submitted through the official portal with required supporting documents.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid within 15 days of the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day until payment is received.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies based on the duration of attendance and financial obligations. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of all necessary documents.
