Fee Components

Each component of the fee structure is explained below:

• Mess Advance: This fee covers the cost of meals during the academic year.
• Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students in need and provides assistance for various activities.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides comfortable accommodation in its hostel facilities. The hostel rooms are equipped with basic amenities, including beds, study tables, and wardrobes. Students can choose between single, double, and triple occupancy rooms, depending on their preferences.

The mess charges are calculated on a monthly basis and are inclusive of three meals per day. The mess provides a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, ensuring that students have access to nutritious meals.

Rebate policies are in place for students who are unable to stay in the hostel for a certain period. The university also offers special discounts for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships to eligible students. The eligibility criteria for these financial aid options are as follows:

• SC/ST/PwD: Students from SC/ST and PwD categories are eligible for a 50% fee waiver.
• EWS: Students from the EWS category are eligible for a 25% fee waiver.
• MCM: Students from the MCM category are eligible for a 10% fee waiver.

The application process for fee waivers and scholarships is conducted online. Students must submit the required documents and fill out the application form to be considered for financial aid.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The payment of fees is done through online banking or through the university's payment gateway. Students are required to make the payment before the deadline to avoid late fees.

The late fee is calculated at 5% of the total fee amount for each month of delay. Refunds are processed according to the university's refund policy, which is applicable in case of withdrawal or transfer.
