The program attracts recruitment from some of the most prestigious companies in global business, finance, consulting, and technology sectors.
The career paths available for graduates of the International Business program are diverse, spanning multiple sectors including IT/Software, Core Engineering, Finance, Consulting, Analytics, and PSUs.
This sector is highly attractive to our graduates due to the increasing demand for global software solutions. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Infosys offer roles such as Product Manager, Software Engineer, Data Analyst, and Business Consultant. These roles often involve cross-functional collaboration with teams across different countries.
Graduates also find opportunities in core engineering firms such as Siemens, Shell, and Larsen & Toubro. Roles include Project Engineer, Supply Chain Manager, and Technical Consultant. These positions require a blend of technical knowledge and business acumen.
The finance sector is one of the largest recruiters, with companies like Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Morgan Stanley offering roles in investment banking, equity research, and risk management. Students are typically placed based on their quantitative aptitude and analytical skills.
Consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain & Company, and BCG offer roles in strategy consulting, business transformation, and market research. These positions require students to demonstrate leadership potential and strong communication skills.
The analytics sector is growing rapidly, with companies like Google, Amazon, and Facebook hiring for data scientist and business analyst roles. Students with statistical modeling and data visualization skills are highly valued in this field.
Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) such as Indian Oil, BHEL, and NTPC also recruit from our program. These roles involve government projects and require students to understand public policy and regulatory frameworks.
The internship season begins in the summer after the second year of study. Students are matched with companies based on their interests and career goals. Internship programs are designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to real-world business challenges.
Historically, students have received stipends ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, depending on the company and role. Some top-tier firms offer additional benefits such as accommodation assistance, travel allowances, and performance bonuses.
Notable companies that participate in our internship program include Amazon, Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase, McKinsey & Company, Accenture, and Google. These internships often lead to full-time offers upon graduation.
