Mess Advance: Mess charges cover daily meals for the entire semester. The advance payment ensures smooth operation of the mess facility and allows students to enjoy subsidized meal plans throughout their stay.
Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports financially disadvantaged students through scholarships, emergency assistance, and educational grants.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the institute's medical center, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and minor treatments.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports activities, fitness programs, and extracurricular events organized by the student union.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess billing follows a monthly system with charges calculated based on actual consumption. Students can opt for different meal plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and hybrid options.
Rebate policies are applicable in cases of leave, illness, or special circumstances. Students must submit relevant documentation to avail of these rebates.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The institute provides several financial aid options for eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee with partial concession in hostel charges
- EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and hostel charges
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): Full waiver of tuition fee and 50% discount on hostel charges
Eligibility criteria include income slabs, academic performance, and community status. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents within the specified timeframe.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments must be made through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the institute's designated account. The deadline for fee payment is set before the start of each semester.
Late fees are charged at 1% per month on outstanding amounts beyond the deadline. Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal, subject to verification of accounts and compliance with refund rules.
