Institute-Wide Scholarships
The School of Business Studies offers several scholarships to support deserving students financially. These scholarships are awarded based on academic performance, financial need, and extracurricular achievements.
MCM Scholarship
The MCM (Merit-Cum-Means) Scholarship is one of the most prestigious awards offered by the institution. It covers up to 100% of tuition fees for outstanding students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Eligibility criteria include a minimum CGPA of 8.5 and family income below INR 3 lakhs per annum. The selection process involves an interview with the scholarship committee and submission of supporting documents.
Dean's Excellence Award
This award recognizes students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance and leadership qualities in extracurricular activities. Recipients receive a cash prize of INR 50000 along with a certificate of recognition.
Student Welfare Fund
The Student Welfare Fund provides emergency financial assistance to students facing unexpected hardships such as medical emergencies or family crises. Applications are reviewed by the welfare committee on a case-by-case basis.
Alumni Scholarships
The School of Business Studies has a strong alumni network that actively contributes to student welfare through various scholarship programs.
Alumni Association Scholarship
This scholarship is funded by the Alumni Association and supports students pursuing research projects or internships in business analytics, entrepreneurship, or international trade. The award amount ranges from INR 10000 to INR 50000 based on merit.
Entrepreneurship Excellence Scholarship
Designed for students planning to start their own ventures, this scholarship provides seed funding of up to INR 200000. Recipients must present a detailed business plan and receive approval from the Entrepreneurship Cell.
Global Exposure Fellowship
This fellowship enables students to participate in international exchange programs or summer internships abroad. The award covers travel expenses, accommodation, and living allowances for up to six months.
Government Scholarships
Students from reserved categories can avail themselves of various government-funded scholarships designed to promote educational equity and inclusion.
SC/ST Scholarship Scheme
Under this scheme, students belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes receive a monthly stipend of INR 10000 for four years. Applications are processed through the central government portal.
OBC Reservation Scholarship
This scholarship provides financial assistance to OBC students with family income below INR 4 lakhs per annum. The award includes both tuition fee waiver and monthly allowance.
Minority Community Scholarship
For students from minority communities, this scholarship covers full tuition fees and a monthly stipend of INR 5000 for three years. Eligibility is determined based on caste certificates and income verification.

Google India Scholarship
This scholarship supports students pursuing degrees in computer science, data analytics, or related fields. Recipients receive a one-time award of INR 150000 and access to Google's training resources.
Microsoft Research Fellowship
For students interested in research areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, or software engineering, this fellowship provides funding for research projects and conference attendance.
Amazon Leadership Scholarship
This scholarship aims to promote diversity in technology by supporting students from underrepresented groups. The award includes tuition coverage and mentorship opportunities with Amazon executives.
Application Process
All scholarship applications must be submitted online through the official portal of the School of Business Studies. The application process typically begins in January each year and ends in March.
Applicants are required to submit academic transcripts, income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and a personal statement outlining their goals and aspirations. Selected candidates undergo an interview round conducted by the scholarship committee.
The final decision is communicated via email within four weeks of the application deadline. Successful recipients receive their awards either as direct deposits into their bank accounts or through physical checks issued by the institution.
