Fee Structure Overview

Detailed Fee Components
Tuition Fee: Covers instruction costs for core and elective courses, access to academic resources, and faculty support.
Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus hostels with shared facilities such as common rooms, laundry services, and security.
Mess Advance: Prepayment for meals provided through the campus dining system, which operates on a monthly billing cycle.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies.
Medical Fees: Covers basic medical checkups and emergency healthcare services within the campus health center.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports student sports activities, fitness programs, and recreational facilities available on campus.
Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs for conducting internal and external examinations, including grading and result processing.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel accommodation is categorized into different room types to suit varying needs:
- Single Occupancy Room: ₹60,000/year
- Double Occupancy Room: ₹50,000/year
- Triple Occupancy Room: ₹40,000/year
- Quad Occupancy Room: ₹35,000/year
The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students pay an advance amount in the beginning of each month, which is deducted from their total mess bill upon completion of the billing cycle. Rebates are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or face exceptional circumstances.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The school offers several financial assistance programs:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver on tuition fees and hostel rent for eligible students with income slabs up to ₹4 lakh/year.
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees and hostel rent with income limit of ₹8 lakh/year.
- MCM (Meritorious Class Merit): Full fee waiver for top-performing students from reserved categories based on academic excellence.
All applicants must submit required documents, including income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhar cards, along with the application form. The selection process is conducted by the financial aid committee.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are to be made online via net banking or credit/debit cards. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹1000 per day until full payment is received. Refunds are processed within 45 days of withdrawal from the program, subject to verification and approval by the administration.
