Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess charges are determined based on the meal plan chosen by students. The billing system is transparent and updated monthly to reflect any changes in pricing or services. Rebate policies are available for students who maintain good academic standing or participate in extracurricular activities.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Several financial aid options are available for eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive a 50% concession on tuition fees.
- EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 25% concession on tuition fees.
- MCM (Maiden Child of a Meritorious Student): Students from this category receive a 10% concession on tuition fees.
Applications for fee waivers must be submitted through the designated portal along with supporting documents. The university reviews applications periodically and disburses concessions accordingly.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online via net banking or through debit/credit cards. Late payments attract a penalty of 10% per month on outstanding dues.
The refund policy applies to students withdrawing from the program before completing the academic year. Refunds are processed within 60 days of withdrawal, subject to deductions for administrative charges and any outstanding fees.
