Mess Advance: Covers monthly mess charges for the academic year. Students pay an advance of Rs. 10,000 per month, which is adjusted based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small fee collected to support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services available on campus and emergency health provisions.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports activities, fitness programs, and recreational facilities on campus.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

• EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 25% concession in tuition fees.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments are due by the first week of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 1000 per day beyond the deadline. Students can make payments online via net banking or through the college portal using credit/debit cards.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Withdrawal within one month: Full refund minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal between 1-3 months: Refund of 70% after deducting administrative charges.
• Withdrawal after 3 months: No refund is granted unless the case is reviewed by the administration.
